BeSpatial Ontario and Acorn Information Solutions are thrilled to announce the upcoming GIS in-person event to be held in Sudbury, Ontario!

This highly anticipated event will explore the dynamic intersection of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data sharing, and forward-thinking innovation, promising a day of insightful discussions and knowledge exchange.

This event aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, analysts, technicians, and enthusiasts from various disciplines to explore and discuss the significant role GIS and data sharing plays in addressing geospatial and data challenges. Join us to learn how data sharing and collaboration can add value to local and regional initiatives and inform decision making to shape the future of our communities and organizations.

It highlights the emergence of data and analytics as a profession essential for managing complex data holdings and preparing organizations for AI readiness. The address also underscores the importance of building a data-empowered organization through comprehensive data strategies and initiatives like the Digital Academy and Data Heroes. Data Sharing and collaboration among organizations is crucial for optimizing services and achieving greater impact, exemplified by the YorkInfo Partnership.
