Refund Policy: If for any reason BeSpatial postpones an event, your paid registration is automatically transferred to the new event date. If you require a refund, you must notify BeSpatial by sending an email to info@bespatialontario.ca within 30 business days from the cancellation date.
If for any reason BeSpatial cancels an event, you will be automatically refunded within 30 business days from the cancellation date.
