Biography

I’ve spent my career working with geospatial, surveying, engineering, and technical sales teams, and one pattern has always stood out: technical capability creates potential, but clarity, communication, and alignment turn that potential into real performance. That belief guides my work and is reinforced through Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business MBA in Management & Change, where coursework in leadership, negotiation, team dynamics, diversity, performance, strategy, and finance is giving me a deeper foundation for understanding how organizations adapt and how people work best together. These insights shape the direction of GeoSales Lab, which focuses on helping technical sales teams communicate with more confidence, collaborate with more intention, and navigate change with less friction.
