Enabling better interoperability with road condition reporting

Using a combination of Municipal 511, Survey123, Pandas, Python, and ArcGIS Online to allow us display road issues and road conditions to the public. I will explain the challenges we were facing and how a combination of software programs can work together using APIs and open source software.
